It's a simple process! We'll just need your injector set and your contact information brought in, or sent in to us. You can send your fuel rail/rails and throttle bodies as well, if you want them cleaned up. (charges apply) We don't charge for service up front. Payment is due upon completion. We will call you, discuss your report, and be ready to send your injectors home. Payments can be made in person, over the phone, or via the secure pay link found at the bottom of the "Contact Info" page.
E-tec and Ficht injectors are cylinder specific. That means you need to identify each injector on the engine PRIOR TO REMOVAL. They are specifically coded to a cylinder in the EMM. We will identify them the same way, and you'll need to install them to the same cylinder upon completion. And package these carefully! We want to avoid unfortunate breakage during travel.

E-TEC and Ficht Injectors-
These injectors typically bypass the initial diagnostic stage. These are disassembled upon arrival, cleaned and then tested after reassembly. The housings, nozzles, injectors, and filter screens are all cleaned individually, then each injector is individually tested upon completion of service.
Gas Direct Injectors (GDI)-
These injectors are known for some common faults. We do our best to overcome these issues through our cleaning and treatment process. Filter implosion and carbon accumulation are among the top issues. We upgrade the replaceable filters to stainless steel and discard the plastic and nylon OEM filters. Carbon is removed through cleaning.
Replacement Components-
Most injector components such as filters and O-rings are included with our service, but there are some exceptions. Special retainers, broken parts meant for re-use, and some additionally required seals can run extra cost.
Skip the line!
For an additional flat fee of $40, you can skip the line and get your set serviced faster! We service multiple sets from local and long distance sources daily. Service is first come- first served. While we typically get injectors serviced in 24hrs this process can sometimes be delayed when busier. For a small fee, jump the crowd and be first for service!
(Clients who have "skipped the line" may still be processed after another client who skipped the line before you. You still get priority service, but in order of arrival to the priority line.
